Identified
We have determined the cause of the issues and have a temporary fix in place. Document Generation continues to be degraded, which may result in formatting issues. Jobs such as Client History and Data Source Imports should catch up momentarily.

Our system admins are aware of the issues related to Document Generation, Data Source Imports, and other similar issues, and are currently investigating.
